Calcium Chloride is an excellent substitute for road salt, it is much more effective, as it retains its properties even at very low temperatures, and at the same time it works very quickly. Chloride works well at temperatures up to -20oC, it works much faster than salt and lasts even up to 72 hours. Thanks to its ability to adhere, it stays on the surface much longer, which means that its use is much less frequent. Odorless chloride is highly hygroscopic, it absorbs large amounts of water until it is completely dissolved. Calcium Chloride can be used both during frost and before its occurrence, preventing ice from freezing to the road or sidewalk.

Calcium Chloride does not cause corrosion of metals and does not harm road surfaces. Unlike road salt, it does not have a harmful effect on living organisms - humans, plants and animals. When using calcium chloride flakes, there are no unsightly and difficult to remove deposits on the road or footwear. The product can be spread directly on the icy surface with a shovel or hand, wearing a protective glove. It is especially recommended for places with high pedestrian traffic - sidewalks, parking lots, streets, where in addition to effective action, maintaining order and cleanliness of the communication route is an important aspect.
