IBC containers with a plastic pallet are characterized by a capacity of 1000 liters. They are made of high-quality materials, which is confirmed by UN / Y1.9 certificate for the transport of hazardous materials, in accordance with RID/ ADR, IMDG Code, with groups II, III (Y,Z) and for density 1.9 (kg/l).

A distinguishing feature of IBC containers with a plastic pallet is the possibility of choosing a model approved for contact with food. In this version, they have UN certificate in accordance with ARD/RID regulations and a declaration of conformity. They are equipped with a threaded cap of the filler hole in green color with a VITON seal. The pallet container in the version approved for the food industry has a spout to the drain valve. You will also find on it a characteristic "glass and fork" sticker.

Pallet container made of high-quality materials

The presented IBC container is made of HDPE material. High-quality high-density polyethylene makes the IBC container resistant to chemical substances. UV stabilization guarantees resistance to atmospheric factors - sun, rain, snow or negative temperatures. The pallet container is also not susceptible to mechanical damage. The 1000 liter Mauzer can be used in more difficult conditions, maintaining a satisfactory technical condition for many years.

The external cage is made of galvanized steel with anti-corrosion properties. It does not succumb to the influence of external factors and does not corrode. The material is durable, which is why the IBC container is effectively protected against possible damage.

It also makes it possible for it to be transported using a forklift. However, this is not the only logistical convenience that we appreciate.

The IBC container has a 2-inch flap valve with an integrated mounting nut. It is equipped with a wide filling hole with a diameter of 150 mm with an EPDM seal without venting. Its filling and emptying is therefore relatively easy and convenient. Users also appreciate the fact that IBC containers with a plastic pallet allow to save storage and transport space. It is possible to store them in stacks - you just need to follow the guidelines contained in the product card.
