Container made of resistant materials

The 1000l container available in our offer is made of high-quality HDPE material. High-density polyethylene allows for the storage of various types of liquids, including those of a hazardous nature. There is no risk of substances penetrating into the environment. The container is resistant to UV radiation and extreme temperatures. It also shows high mechanical resistance.

The Mauzer container is protected by a galvanized steel cage. The casing has anti-corrosive properties, is also resistant to weather conditions. It is durable against potential damage. Thanks to it, the IBC container does not get damaged and can be used for many years.

Mauzer container on Easy Way hybrid pallet

A distinguishing feature of the container is the Easy Way hybrid pallet made of steel. Its design also includes corners filled with plastic. In this way, the IBC container gains stability, and unwanted dents do not occur. Under the 2-inch valve with an ETFE seal there is a special plastic element protecting against corrosion. Users also appreciate the wide filling hole with a diameter of 150 mm. The black cover with an EPDM seal and a ventless inlet are also important.

The use of a hybrid pallet brings even more benefits for users. Thanks to it, the Mauzer container is adapted for transport by forklifts. Logistic improvements also include the possibility of stacking. The presented 1000l container is characterized by a construction that allows for saving storage space.
