Made from high-quality materials, it is suitable for use with hazardous materials - fuels, chemicals or acids. The IBC container also allows for the transport of water, which is why it is used in the food and agriculture industries.

The IBC container with a capacity of 1000 liters is made using the highest quality materials. As a result, it has received a UN / Y1.9 certificate for the transport of hazardous materials.

IBC container made of highly resistant materials

The DPPL container is made of high-quality HDPE plastic. The high-density polyethylene used in production primarily provided it with resistance to chemicals. In addition, it does not succumb to the effects of weather conditions. The IBC 1000l pallet container does not deteriorate in contact with the sun, rainwater or under the influence of negative temperatures. It also shows high resistance to mechanical damage.

The IBC container is surrounded by a cage made of galvanized steel. Such a solution shows anti-corrosion properties - it does not rust, regardless of the prevailing conditions. It also provides full protection. The pallet container therefore shows high resistance to damage.

IBC container on Easy Way hybrid pallet

The DPPL container available in our offer is placed on a steel-made Easy Way hybrid pallet with grounding. The solution has corners filled with plastic. Such a combination makes the IBC 1000l pallet container very stable and resistant to unwanted dents. The design also includes a plastic element protecting against rust placed under a 2-inch valve with a universal Teflon and polyethylene seal.

Thanks to the hybrid pallet, users gain significant logistical conveniences. The IBC 1000l container is adapted for transport by forklifts. The appropriate design and dimensions of the Mauzer on a pallet make it possible to store it in stacks. The IBC container therefore does not take up too much warehouse space.
