Durable construction of the open steel container 7 m3

The containers are made of high-quality steel sheet, which guarantees compliance with quality standards and ensures an effective process of managing bulky waste. In the standard version, the steel, welded construction of the open steel container 7 m3 is reinforced by closed profiles and cold-rolled channels.  Universal open steel containers 7 m3 are additionally protected from the harmful effects of weather conditions by primer paints with anti-corrosive properties, which prevent moisture from reaching the metal coating.

Open Steel Containers 7 m3 adapted for hook and gate vehicles

The containers are adapted to three systems. You can choose:

• open steel container 7 m3 only for hook vehicles (hook height 1.2 m),
• container only for gate vehicles,
• universal open steel container 7 m3, which works with gate devices (the container complies with the DIN 30720 standard) and hook devices (hook height 1.2 m).

Open steel containers 7 m3  are suitable for the collection and removal of bulky, heavy municipal, construction and industrial waste. They are a universal solution for many facilities, companies and institutions, e.g.: PSZOKs (Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points), sewage treatment plants, production and construction companies, municipal offices, cemeteries.

Containers for construction waste can be open or closed with several flaps.

Open Steel Container 7 m3 - dimensions and material thickness

We standardly offer open steel containers 7 m3 in two versions:

1. with dimensions 3400 x 1650 x 1010 [mm] (KP7 container capacity is 6.5 m³),
2. with dimensions 3500 x 1700 x 1150 [mm] (KP7 container capacity is 7 m³).

In the case of the open steel container 7 m3, we can also adjust the dimensions to your individual requirements.

The standard versions of open steel container also differ in sheet thickness. Containers are available in options:

1. sides and bottom of 3 mm thickness,
2. sides of 2 mm thickness, bottom of 3 mm thickness.

Construction of open steel container 7 m3 - tailored to your needs

What can we change in open steel containers 7 m3 besides dimensions and sheet thickness?

• We paint the open steel container 7 m3 in a color chosen by the customer.
• We seal the construction of the open steel container 7 m3 by making a continuous weld.
• We equip open steel containers 7 m3 with a top-hinged flap (the standard container has doors that open downwards or to the side).
• We add hooks for tarpaulins.
• We make open steel container 7 m3 from S500 - 700 sheets, i.e. with improved strength properties, whose yield point [Re] is in the range of 500 - 700 MPa.

Open steel container 7 m3 is also available in a premium version, made of high-grade steel, showing stainless and wear-resistant properties (RAEX, Hradox, Domex). Thanks to the technology used, the containers can be lighter without losing their strength.
