Metal barrel with removable lid OH 30 - 60L for storing and transporting liquid substances. It allows for the storage of cosmetic and medicinal materials, so it can be successfully used in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Due to the internal painting using chemically resistant paints, it is approved for contact with food. Therefore, it works well as a metal barrel for water and other liquid food products. 

The steel barrel is available in 3 capacities: 30l, 50l or 60l. The model has UN certificates - obtained and issued by BAM. It also meets the requirements contained in international regulations ADR, RID, IMDG-Code, IATA-DGR. 

Metal barrel 30l-60l with a durable construction

The presented metal barrel 30l is made of steel sheet without protective coatings (thickness 0.5 mm - jacket and bottom, 0.6 mm - lid). The construction includes a side wall with embossed rims welded linearly. The user can also decide on additional reinforcement using grooves. The steel barrel has a lid and bottom connected to the side wall on a triple overlap with a seal. This guarantees safe storage of liquid substances - it is resistant to mechanical damage and very tight.

The metal barrel 50l is painted with water-dilutable paints in accordance with the RAL color palette (standard color is dark blue - RAL 5010). Inside, it is finished with chemically resistant paint, which allows direct contact with food products (it has a Health Quality Certificate). Thanks to this, the steel barrel shows anti-corrosive properties, even if it remains empty for a long time. This solution also protects the load from entering unwanted chemical reactions. It also allows to protect the collected substances from contamination.

Convenient metal barrel 50l

The steel barrel deserves special attention due to its design. Its conical construction means that it takes up about 4 times less space than cylindrical models. Users also appreciate the fact that the small metal barrel 60l has a lid and closures located in such a way that its maximum emptying is possible. This is important due to the savings of transported substances and easier cleaning.

The small metal barrel for water also allows for installation of an additional metal closure (2” and ¾”). Users can also decide on an additional plastic plug for sealing. The metal barrel 60l is also convenient to carry - there is a possibility of mounting two handles on the side wall.
