Metal waste container 1100l with split flap

Metal container 1100l with split flap is made of black sheet metal (there is a possibility to make it from galvanized sheet metal ), it is intended for waste segregation. The load-bearing structure of the container with a sheet thickness of # 2 mm, walls and covers with a thickness of # 1.5 mm with reinforcing embossments. The container structure is adapted for unloading by garbage trucks equipped with a mechanical hopper.

Metal waste container 1100l is equipped with 4 swivel wheels, metal-rubber (full rubber tires) with a diameter of 200mm.

The cover has hopper holes that are closed and opened by two slides, which are moved back and forth. Before emptying, the cover is manually tilted onto the rear wall of the container using a lever mechanism and locked. The metal container is painted with powder paints (colors to be agreed) or hot-dip galvanized.

At the request of the Ordering Party, it is possible to make an engraving, e.g. ZUK, ZGKiM, UG, UM, EKOM, ZOM or an inscription with paints - which remains to be agreed individually. For this purpose, please contact our sales office.

Warranty period and conditions:

for any deficiencies found in the execution, eliminating the container from use, the Manufacturer provides a warranty for a period of 12 months. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or emptying of containers, e.g. mechanical damage caused by the user, such as: breaking containers or caused by burning garbage etc.
