Road Salt- Big Bag 1000 kg
Road salt is obtained from rock salt through mining extraction. Itis the cheapest and most common means used for winter road maintenance, parking lots, and pedestrian paths. It is a material that is almost pure sodium chloride, the NaCl content is at least 97%. Salt easily dissolves in water and lowers its freezing temperature to about -7oC. It is a special coarse-grained salt, which dissolves slower and works longer. Thanks to the high quality of road salt, sidewalks and roads are not slippery. Salt perfectly removes icing. Sodium chloride contains an anti-caking agent potassium ferrocyanide K4[Fe(CN6)]3H2O. The standard content is 40 mg/ kg. Salt meets the requirements of the PN-86/C-84081/02 standard, it also has a positive opinion of the Road and Bridge Research Institute in Warsaw and a certificate from the National Institute of Hygiene.
Salt is the most commonly used material for sprinkling road surfaces, communication paths, parking lots, tracks, railway turnouts, and other surfaces when there is a need to remove snow, black ice, and icing.
To maintain proper properties and the highest quality, salt should be stored in dry, clean, ventilated rooms without foreign odors. The recommended temperature is from 10oC to 35oC, humidity 40% to 75%. The product is transported by a "bathtub" type truck, there is a possibility of loading into the customer's packaging. Road salt can be used in all types of salt spreaders and sprinklers. The price is for 1 ton of salt, minimum order 1 ton.
