Steel barrel with non-removable lid TH 30 - 65 L is a safe way to store liquid substances. This is a proven solution for storing and transporting corrosive, chemical materials. It works perfectly in mechanical workshops. The 60l metal barrel (and other capacities) allows for the accumulation of greases and used oils also at vehicle inspection stations. This solution is also used in warehouses and production halls. It can be used as a metal water barrel or a metal smoking barrel.

The metal barrel is available in 5 versions:

• 30l metal barrel,
• 40l metal barrel, 
• 50l metal barrel,
• 60l metal barrel,
• 65l metal barrel. 

It is standardly maintained in dark blue color (RAL 5010), and for wholesale orders there is a possibility to choose a color from the RAL palette. The metal barrel has the appropriate UN certificates and meets the requirements of international regulations ADR, RID, IMDG-Code, IATA-DGR.

Metal barrel made of steel sheet

The presented metal water barrel is made of high-quality steel sheet available in two thicknesses: 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm. External painting with water-dilutable paints made it resistant to atmospheric factors, including UV radiation or moisture. It also remains resistant to mechanical damage. The interior of the barrel is raw.

The steel barrel can be personalized at the customer's request - it allows for the application of a logo or selected inscription.

The metal barrel is often used to store hazardous materials - chemical or corrosive. Therefore, it is extremely important that it is characterized by tightness and resistance to leaks. Therefore, a linearly welded construction was used in it. The metal water barrel has a lid and bottom connected to the side on a triple overlap with a seal. This is a guarantee of safe use for users.

The metal smoking barrel is equipped with a non-removable lid. It has metal closures with a diameter of 2” and ¾” or HZ closures. It is tight and at the same time comfortable to use. At the customer's request, it is possible to equip it with a handle.
