High-density polyethylene used for the production of municipal waste container

Municipal waste container by Contenur is a result of using high-density polyethylene injection technology, which makes it highly resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation and temperature changes. The PE-HD material used for the production of the waste container is environmentally friendly, as it is recyclable, and the dyes used do not contain heavy metals. The presented waste bin is available in the following colors:

• Yellow (plastic and metal),
• Green (glass),
• Blue (paper),
• Brown (bio waste),
• Graphite (mixed waste).

Equipment of the 1100 L segregation container in accordance with the PN-EN 840 standard

Municipal waste bin 1100 L is characterized by a wide range of colors, and is also equipped with four serial wheels with a diameter of 200 mm, which rotate 360 degrees, of which two wheels have a brake. The sound damping system built into the waste container lid is confirmed by the CE mark in the European Parliament Directive No. 2000/14/EC - the maximum noise level is 91 dB. The ergonomic and lightweight design makes it easy to maneuver the waste container, clean it, install and maintain it. Municipal waste bin has a place for installing electronic chips. The bottom of the waste container is designed to prevent deformation in the wheel area. Side handles in the waste bin have metal reinforcement, which protects it from swaying.

Municipal waste container is adapted for DIN, AFNOR, VENTRAL and OSCHNER collection. Waste container certificate adapted for mechanical unloading was issued by TÜV Product Service GmbH taking into account the PN-EN 840 standard, it is also in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard. The waste container also has a UN certificate, which allows for the transport of hazardous materials.
