Material and durability

The 1100 L waste container is manufactured by injection molding from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE ensures anti-corrosion properties and resistance to weather conditions; the container resists UV exposure, rain, snow, extreme temperatures and chemical exposure without crumbling or deforming. The ESE bio-waste container features a reinforced body structure with additional ribbing on the front and rear walls and strength-tested high-load points, providing resistance to mechanical damage.

Comfort and usability

The container features the “flap-in-lid” system. The smaller flap is very lightweight (approx. 1.3 kg), enabling operation by weaker, elderly or disabled persons and reducing the space needed when opened. The lid design minimizes damage by preventing collisions between the container and compaction mechanisms during emptying. Mobility is provided by four 20 cm rubber wheels (quiet operation) with locks on the two front wheels for stability on uneven ground. Practical handles and smooth surfaces make the container easy to maneuver and clean.
