KP 7 Construction Waste Container — Solid Steel Construction

Material: Welded steel plate reinforced with cold-formed channels and closed profiles. Coated with anti-corrosion primer paints for long-term protection. Optional premium version available in high-grade steels (Hardox, Domex, Raex) for superior abrasion resistance and reduced weight.

Loading and Unloading Systems

Compatibility: Three loading methods available.

• Universal closed KP7: works with hook devices (hook height 1200 mm) and gate devices (compliant with DIN 30720).
• Hook-lift version: for hook-lift trucks only (hook height 1200 mm).
• Gate-lift version: for gate-lift trucks only.

Dimensions, Capacity and Sheet Thickness

• Standard sizes (L × W × H): 3450 × 1730 × 1460 mm and 3500 × 1700 × 1400 mm. Dimensions can be adapted to customer requirements.
• Capacity: 7 m³.
• Sheet thickness options:
  • Sides 2.5 mm, roof 2 mm, floor 3 mm
  • Sides 2 mm, roof 2 mm, floor 3 mm

Applications

The KP7 is a universal container suitable for safe transport and storage of heavy municipal, construction and industrial waste. Available in closed or open (without lid) versions. Common users include manufacturing and construction companies, municipal selective waste collection points (PSZOKs), wastewater treatment plants, municipal offices and cemeteries.

Customization Options

• Top-hinged flap (standard), or doors opening downward or to the side.
• Continuous welding for enhanced sealing.
• Manufacture from higher-strength steels with yield strength (Re) 500–700 MPa.
• Tarpaulin hooks.
• Standard color: green; custom painting available in any RAL color.
